Titanex offers medical grade multi-filament strands and cables in customized configurations for a variety of critical applications:
- Orthopaedic Cables
- Guide Wires
- Orthodontic Appliances
- Snare Products
- Coated Materials
- Spinal Cable Systems
- Embolic Protection
- Close Tolerance Applications
- Suture / Closure Products
- Endoscopic / Laproscopic Instruments

- Deflecting and Steering Wires
- Other Demanding Applications
Strands and cables offered on spools, discrete lengths and / or fully assembled. Strands and cables manufactured in a variety of sizes and constructions, ranging from ultra fine or miniature strands with diameters below 0.0762 mm to cables up to 3.175 mm in diameter. Since tolerances vary depending on diameter, construction, swaging, or drawing, please contact TITANEX with your requirements.

We pride ourselves on removing these contaminants (oil, dirt, dust, etc.) through a variety of cleaning steps, which include:
- hot alkaline cleaning
- ultrasonic cleaning
- alcohol rinse
Many of these cleaning steps are necessary prior to material passivation or any material thermal treatments the material may be subject to downstream. Materials that have been cut to length or fabricated in to assemblies may be passivated.
