Do you machine spine titanium fixation parts? Facing a standard problem on parallelity of the legs?
Solved - Titanex offers special treated Titanium Bars offering a drastic increase of good parts after machining.
Behind the Scenes: in CNC production standard Titanium Bars dia 15 mm are machined to Spine Fixators. When finished - too often the legs are no longer parallel but wieder, sometimes more narrow. Out of tolerance - have to be put away.
With the Titanex Special Spine Bars you have very fewer loss. The productivity can be increased, fustration reduced!
